MOVING OUT
Move-out procedure is as follows:

1. You must make an appointment with us to meet at your apartment on your last day there. Be sure to make the appointment a week in advance in order to set a time that's convenient for you and for us.
2. Plan to have your apartment empty on that day, and clean to the same condition as when you moved in. 
3. We'll do a walk-through, and if everything is in order we'll write you a check right then for the amount of your security deposit. If there are damages or cleaning needs beyond ordinary use, we'll calculate the additional expense as spelled out in the lease agreement, and mail you the remainder of your deposit. If that's the case, be sure to give us your forwarding address.
4. Turn in your keys.
5. Lock the door behind you when you leave.
6. Safe travels.
