Rent
To pay your rent, click on the "Buy Now" button below. You'll be taken to the PayPal site where you will enter the amount of your payment in the box provided. (If rent is overdue, please include a $50. late fee.) On the right hand side of the PayPal page is a link that says, "Don't Have a PayPal Account?." CLICK THAT LINK to enter your payment information. Of course, if you DO have a PayPal account, log in to pay.Screening
Screening fee is $40. per adult, along with a full application. (Please see Rental Application on this site.)You don't need a PayPal account to make a payment here. You may also pay with VISA, Master Card, Discover or American Express. After making a payment, you may navigate back to our site by clicking on the "back" arrow on your browser bar. Thank you!
