The Meadow Apartments are a crime-free property. We have zero tolerance of illegal activity, and we screen our applicants for credit and criminal history.

Rental Criteria
We intend for this to be a good place to live – to select as tenants people who are good neighbors, who are financially responsible, and who will help to keep the Meadow Apartments crime-free. To that end, we have a thorough screening process.

If you meet the application criteria and are accepted, you will have the peace of mind of knowing that other renters in the Meadow Apartments are being screened with equal care.

Applicant must show:
  • A completed rental application that is truthful and accurate FOR EACH ADULT 18 or older.
  • A photo I.D. for each applicant.
  • The name of the applicant's last landlord.
  • Sufficient income/resources to pay rent.
  • A good credit record.
  • Payment of first month's rent and security deposit.
  • No criminal activity for the last 7 years which would be considered a serious threat to real property or other residents' peaceful enjoyment of the premises.
Note: Certain pets are allowed at the discretion of the landlord.

The Meadow Apartments in Renton were built in 1937, probably as housing for Boeing employees. The historical photo in our photo gallery was taken the following year.
