Walkways, steps and decks must be kept free of personal items. There shall be no unsightly mess or obstruction to foot traffic.
Neat and tidy grounds are a feature of crime prevention, since vandals and thieves are less likely to prey upon a property that is well-tended. Please keep this in mind as you walk to your car or mailbox, and stop to pick up trash left on the sidewalk or grounds. You’ll be making this apartment community safer for yourself and others.
Our plumbing system will not tolerate the disposal of insoluble tissue. That means that Kleenex, paper towels, tampons and cigarette butts must NOT be flushed down the toilet. Please use a sink strainer in the kitchen and put food waste in the garbage can.
Our garbage dumpster out back is for household waste only. Waste Management will not pick up furniture, Christmas trees, packing crates, pallets, TVs and hazardous waste. Please take anything that is not regular household waste either to the dump or to Value Village.
Our laundry room is for the convenience of our tenants. Please keep it clean for the next person, and throw away dryer lint and empty detergent containers in the waste bin provided. If you have trouble with a machine, please call the laundry service company at the phone number posted in the laundry room.

We accept checks and money orders.
If you set up an electronic payment through your bank’s bill payer service, you may use your name as your account number.
Rents must arrive in our office by the fifth of the month to avoid a $50 late fee.
